It’s been an exciting year here at Plaum’s pit AC.

In early spring we stocked £3000 worth of Tench, Bream and Crucian carp into Plaum’s and £1000 worth of Tench into Wichelstow which has ensured continued good catch rates at both lakes throughout the season, in spite of a challenging year weather wise.

Ongoing efforts to improve platforms and bank pegs at both fisheries are well underway and will continue in to the cooler months. Swindon Borough Council are also scheduled to carry out extensive tree maintenance at Plaum’s over the winter.

Perhaps the biggest change to the club is the implementation of online sales of Permits via our new website or the clubmate app. Currently online sales have been limited to a short run of season permits for this season. Day tickets are still available from Angling Direct for the remainder of this season; However next season, permits and day tickets will only be available online.

We have also launched our new website which will give members and non members easy access to club info, news, galleries, match dates / bookings, memberships, day tickets and much more.

We have been working hard behind the scenes to make our club the best it can be, and will continue to do so. We thank you for your amazing support.
